How to draw the visualization of the LDSC regression plot like its NG paper?
I would like to draw one figure like your NG paper for this wonderful LDSC tool, but I could not find any information on it in the Github tutorial? Is there a way for me to make that figure when using LDSC analysis?

@leoarrow1 @helenewetekam Compute non-partitioned LD scores (or use column base from the pre-computed LD scores) and plot them against the squared z-score from your GWAS for each SNP.
