microsoft security turned off

Issue description

after using the thisiswin11 tool, somehow Microsoft Security gets turned off and tells me that Im using another antivirus program (not even listed below). each time i turn it on, it keeps reverting back to being turned off. this clearly didnt happen anytime before using thisiswin11.

How to reproduce this issue?

step 1- run thisiswin11 and run all tweaks

Same problem here. defender notification removed from startup list and the service is labled as manual startup type under services.msc, cannot change startup type its greyed out.
