Include a map and address. If you have enough staff and funding, consider including a walkthrough, either in a blog with photos, or a video.
Clearly mark the dates in the first view of the page.
State what your conference is about.
Call for paper, if applicable, should be one of the most prominent things on your page.
Once the sessions are ready, make sure to put a link from the top page
