The hosts page is super helpful for identifying issues across Bazel builds in a set of CI host machines. Whilst the global filter is great, it would be incredibly useful to be able to filter these down with more precision to see only the set of hosts which you might be looking for.

Thanks for the feature request @Qinusty! I'm guessing this would be used for say CI machines with hostnames for example my-ci-machine-123, my-ci-machine-124, my-ci-machine-125?

Would a "contains" filter be enough? Or do you need full regex support?

Contains would definitely handle my use case!
