How to issue a refund in BTCPay

We should have a shirt video that would explain how to issue a refund.
I think we should also cover how to claim a refund from BTCPay Server merchant as it may be a new process to people, not sure if this should be done within that video or a separate one.

I think this should be done after 1.6.0 as there's a WIP to change the flow btcpayserver/btcpayserver#3715
