Update to new SDK?

Any chance you could update this to use the new Directus SDK? The Directus docs do not provide enough detail or real-world examples, yet the AgencyOS, as an amazing production-ready app, is too complex. I've always found the nuxt3-directus-starter to be a "just-right" implementation. Simple, but fairly complete.

I was hoping after the release of AgencyOS you might have a little time, but I completely understand. I'd love to open a PR, but I'm still trying to figure out how to incorporate the new SDK into my apps - the reason for my query 😄 Perhaps the Directus docs team could integrate a minimal, real-world-ish example? I really appreciate what you do and love working with everyone at Directus. Thanks.

I'l trying to setup Nuxt 3 and directus for the first time, I'm facing exactly the same problem.
