Setting up props for the Subscribe component causes "Failed to rerender" error.

Whenever I try to set the props via props={cell.props()} in the Subscribe component it just breaks everything that is nested inside of it. I followed already finished implementations of the list. I tested other options and it's a 100% this line...

Here's my thead for reference:

I'm not sure what's causing this since it worked on a previous table I've worked on
