brew doctor is clean, but I had to do a fix because of my company's IT policies which take ownership periodically: sudo chown -R $(whoami) /usr/local/bin /usr/local/etc /usr/local/sbin /usr/local/share /usr/local/share/doc /usr/local/bin/copyq . Problem persists after restarting cakebrew.

I just installed Cakebrew for the first time and have this issue. When using Homebrew from the command line everything works as it should.
