Removing mozbrowser and creating new one with diff domain breaks UI #1224

I believe #1223 is due to this issue, if you do following:

Open wikipedia.
Close that tab.
Attempt to open any other page on different domain.

Page is never loaded and input keeps selection no matter what & in general browser is in a semi broken state.

My guess is there is a regression in servo somewhere.

servo/servo#12807 is a corresponding servo issue
