Move the OpenOnDemadn slide content to native Gitbook Materials #52

This page embeds a deck of slides. Instead the materials should be explicit in Gitbook for accessibility and search ability purposes. In the future, consider using the docs in workshops and presentations so content doesn't need to be duplicated

All contents from the slides related to launching a Desktop session have been added to https://docs.ccv.brown.edu/oscar/connecting-to-oscar/open-ondemand/desktop-app-vnc .
Content related to RStudio and Jupyter notebooks has not been added.

I added a page with the RStudio information (in Change Request 636 in GitBook), but it looks like there is an existing page on Jupyter Notebooks already. Is this page missing information?
