Matlab doesn't recognize GPUs #43

This can be fixed manually by the user by running
matlab-threaded -nosoftwareopengl

We can fix this in the app by defining a variable VNCDESKTOP=ood_desktop
Changes will need to be made in Desktop, adv Desktop and matlab app.
