Describe the bug

There is a bug that doesn't allow backup.

After I run Seedvault, I can see Bromite present in the "programs that do not allow backup" list.

This is very unfortunate. Could you fix this?

Steps to reproduce the bug

Run Seedvault backup.
See Bromite present in the "programs that do not allow backup" list.

Expected behavior

To not see Bromite present in the "programs that do not allow backup" list.

Since this bug is reproducible with Chromium please report it upstream on the Chromium issue tracker and do not forget to read Chromium project bug reporting guidelines first.
