Single Cell Locations

I see that single cell profiles are not included in this repo. Where can I find the single cell locations? Is it on an S3 bucket somewhere? Thanks!

Hi @wongdanr - that is correct! You can find access instructions for single cell profiles (which include location coordinates) by following this thread #84

The single cell profiles are saved as .SQLite files.

You will be the first person (to my knowledge) to access them from AWS RODA. It would be a huge help to us if you could carefully document how you achieve access. We'd especially appreciate you filing a pull request to add these details within the profiles/ folder README.md. Thanks!
