Hey @briankinney ! Still interested in that ? I'm going to build this for my project (Microsoft Power Automate only supports Swagger 2.0)

Interested in a PR ? I'm thinking of just using the https://github.com/LucyBot-Inc/api-spec-converter package for now, what do you think ?

That would also enable this plugin to convert to basically any format from a strong and modern Open API definition

I'm happy to review a PR if you want to send it. Using the api spec converter you listed probably makes the most sense. Do you think it should be added to the plugin as well or just the library?
