I have installed cyvcf2,but there is en error like:
cannot import name 'VCF' from 'cyvcf2' (unknown location)
I need your help. thankyou very much~

Here are some of my questions to help the diagnosis:

  • how did you install the package? pip or conda?
  • did you encounter any error message during the installation?
  • what's your python version and your operating system?

It will be better if you can provide the steps to reproduce your installation error, so I can test it on my machine. Thanks
