How to reproduce

initiate a Send
set currency to fiat
enter fiat amount
scan QR code

What should happen

The currency should remain set to fiat.

What actually happens

The currency is set to crypto.

Details

Confirmed on BTC and ETH.
Doesn't happen the other way; crypto doesn't change to fiat after a QR code scan.
