[Organizer] Add member without "Full name" in profil

When you add a member to an organisation, if the profil has no value in full name field, the new member is ignore (no error message).
If you add the full name field, the member appear in member list without new action !

The issue is probably due to the fullname field is not required, in "new profil" page.
