How do you catch retry_url failures?

I having trouble figuring out how to catch retry_url error if it doesn't raise

We're a lot of these logs while processing requests and eventually it gets to the giving up state. However we're processing the requests in a queue so when an exception isn't raised the job passes but not really.

How do you catch or handle this:

It looks like we raise URLError but my code isn't catching on except Exception
