Would be nice if bors would post a comment to see that it will queue up a PR.

I would assume that if I post a bors merge, it immediately tells me "I'm now trying to merge commit abcdef" or something like that.

As an alternative I've just noticed that dependabot reacts to the message to confirm it's received it:

An upside of that is it avoids sending extra notifications to watchers.
