You can help the BorgBackup project by funding it, preferably by regularly donating a specific amount to make the project long term sustainable.

Alternatively, you can also fund and promote work on specific tickets by posting bounties on them (BountySource).

Update: bountysource borgbackup organisation funds currently at USD 0 total.

These are the funds I usually use to create new bounties.
