Add availability to set HUR IP Address

We need to add a property to set HUR's IP Address

This is really helpful for people using a router (if headunit doesn't support hotspot).

Phone Hotspot is not working.

We should check if Phone Hotspot could work, if it's doable we should:

• Add a select to pick connection method: Headunit Hotspot (default), Router or Phone Hotspot
• Remove Wi-Fi validation and try to connect to desired IP. For Router or Phone Hotspot HUR IP Address is mandatory
• Try to turn hotspot on, or display a screen to do it.
