Indentation database example near field_map is wrong when copying #296

When using the example database form from https://bolt.github.io/boltforms/saving-to-contenttype-database.html the indentation on the field_map line goes wrong resulting in a parse error near field_map

The indentation seems fine on the github repo when looking a the preview so maybe the online docs tool does something weird with it?
