Pick at least 3 Masalans to give you feedback.

Make up a 3 maintenance scenarios: not time dependent, emergency, incredibly inconvenient.
Don't give any guidance and ask them to use the form.
Feedback: How easy was it to use? Does it make sense? Were you able to address the problem? Would you use this form for all the given scenarios? Is there anything you would change?
