Templates: Open a readme.md after project creation

Hello, thanks for the great work on this project. I've been using for a while and it has definitely been a flexible and powerful tool.

I've just started using the new template features to create little starter projects for peers to get going.

I thought it would be useful little feature to detect whether there was a readme.md file in the template and if so open that in the editor.

That way it's right in the user's face how to continue next.

Obviously not super big deal. After a while people start looking for the file if you keep telling them.

Just seems like it might be an easy win. If not feel free to throw the someday tag on it.
