I need a checklist of types somewhere to see if they're actually being supported. Some that I know are incomplete include:

Cite
Table

Not at all supported yet:

RawBlock
LineBreak
SmallCaps
Strikeout
Subscript
Superscript
Underline
Inlinemath
Displaymath

Supported weirdly

Cell (just consumed inside table rather than definable.)
