Impossible to delete a framework after loading

With the new possibility of loading framework it would be great to be able to remove them if they are errorneous or partial.

@GBues I'd have to think about this more.. The easy way would just be able to "hide" the framework. Frameworks are tied to controls and project controls, so before deleting them, you would have to make sure the user is OK with potentially deleting projects (which would have edge cases).

Maybe you can make a control that disable delete button is the framework is tied to at least one project ?
