Successfully ran on MacOS #351

I successfully compiled and ran Blogifier from the GitHub source with Visual Studio 2022 under MacOS Ventura 13.4.1.
No issues with it so far.

Also ran on an ARM64 based Mac Mini.
I did have to install npm on it and use package manager to restore the dependencies after I copied the solution folder over to it. Also had to update my .Net runtime on the Mac Mini. A couple of packages throw "unknown author" errors when it ran and I had to allow them in the security tool. Apart from that it compiles and runs fine.

Very happy with your successful attempt. At present, there are still many functions of this project that have not been perfected. I will continue to improve it. You are also welcome to improve the functions of this project.
