之前我们为了防止用户误删除文件，导致其它 Blocklet 出现破图，严格限制用户无法删除媒体资源
目前已经有 2 个外部用户反馈，想要删除其它 Blocklet 媒体资源，但是无法进行操作

目前计划 2024 Q1 进行改造：

增加回收站概念，文件放在回收站，超过 7 天自动删除，防止误操作
- 没有做 undo 策略，是因为用户可能需要时间去检查各个 Blocklet
对删除操作进行改造
