Windows环境下创建Blocklet报错 #321

操作系统：Windows 11 HomeEdition Version 23H2
Node版本：v20.9.0
NPM版本：10.3.0
Create Blocklet v0.7.9

现象：使用blocklet create或npx create-blocklet@latest或create-blocklet创建blocklet时均报同一个错误，在命令行界面可以访问blocklet命令

目前在 windows 下开发 blocklet，会产生一些奇怪的 bug
当前建议使用 WSL2 或者 linux 虚拟机来开发 blocklet
