Describe the bug
Using anime-4k causes the stream to be frozen on a frame when alt-tabbed

To Reproduce

Use any anime4k filter
alt-tab whilst streaming your mpv to discord

Expected behavior
The stream continues

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 10
Version v4.x (downloaded the newest version from here)
GTX 1080
MPV v0.35.0-436-g1c82d6ae

Additional context
The way to fix the freezing, you can add # gpu-api=vulkan in mpv.conf but then you can't use any filters.
