Blink version: 17.2.1 (865) from TestFlight
iOS version: 17.4

Describe the bug

With "Show with external keyboard" enabled, smart keys are not showing up with external keyboard connected on an iPad.

This is the opposite of #1120, which is about disabling the option not working.

Due to current restrictions with our keyboard in order to make things work the way we want, with the bar hidden, etc... We cannot control this anymore with a switch. We didn't remove it as I think it was still working on iPhone or some devices, but I honestly don't think this is useful the way it is done atm. So will remove.
