fix: condense menu #76

Make icon sizes in menu consistent
Condense horizontal spacing to give more room for filenames
Position actions absolutely to give filenames more room
Remove red color of actions since it can conflict with themes, plus VSCode and Figma, etc. don't seem to use colors for icons inside app UI components
Remove transition of actions (hover effects shouldn't transition for perf reasons)
