Inbound Call

  • Confirm Contact Matches

Outbound

  • Test click to dial works.
  • Test call which matches no contacts.
  • Test call which matches 1 contact.
  • Test call which matches multiple contacts.

Verify Calls Are Assigned to User

  • Verify that calls are being assigned to the user.

Confirm memo save works.

  • Type in a note.

Confirm call gets linked to contact AFTER call is over.

  • Make a call to a number which matches no contact.
  • Hangup the call after about 20s.
  • Click the Create Contact Button in the popup window.
  • Fill in the contact info.... and save the contact.
  • Verify that the call popup updates to display the new contact.
  • Add some call notes.
  • Go to contact detail record and verify the call is logged for that contact.
