目前NT版QQ的【个人数据文件夹】的架构非常接近微信了
不是文件传送接收目录，是个人数据文件夹

（但是QQ好就好在这两个文件夹都可以手动指定到不同的文件夹，而不是像微信那样强制合二为一）

例如——
E:\DATAz\QQ Personal Files*QQ号*\nt_qq\nt_data\Video\2023-07\Ori
E:\DATAz\QQ Personal Files*QQ号*\nt_qq\nt_data\Pic\2023-06\Ori
E:\DATAz\QQ Personal Files*QQ号*\nt_qq\nt_data\Pic\2023-05\Thumb

（如果这个issue不符合发在CleanMyWechat的话我就close掉呜呜呜）
