On Ubuntu Server 20.04 when install requirements it fail:

$ pip3 install -r requirements.txt
ERROR: launchpadlib 1.10.13 requires testresources, which is not installed.

Solve this installing testresources before install other requirements. Please, add testresources to requirements.txt.
