In the nft module, in the nft/keeper/msg_server_test.go file, lays the TestMsgServerUpdateCollectionAuthority method. This method implements the tests for updating collection authority

It could be possible to add other tests by passing, for example, an empty address ("") as the new owner.
The same reasoning applies as for #201.
