Prevent pages with @hide from being indexed by search engines #50

We could add the noindex meta tag to the pages instead, but I think it would be better if we simply didn’t create any pages that should be hidden from users anyway.

generating them can be nice, I can publish the site with docs for people to checkout that only I know the url for.

I think not giving the page a parent has the same effect (it won’t show up in the sidebar nav but will be generated).

Alternatively, we could use the noindex meta tag.
