Currently, the quality of our torso bumpers is bad and they break.
We want to redo them (perhaps softer, in other materials?) and reevaluate them. Previously, evaluation has been done by letting robots fall and maximizing the time that bumpers compress.
Maybe get inspired by the designs of CIT brains or Rhoban.

German Had some interesting ideas of using silicone (white) or flexible resins to create absorbing parts with many links (grey) or some kind of air suspension ("bag") that gradually releases air and when standing up springs back in it's original form
