"Create new offer" button greyed out after navigating away from form

Description

Reporting an issue of a user: if he starts the offer creation form but then navigates away, when he comes back he sees the offerbook and the disabled create offer button.
If he clicks on Cancel in the creation form, he has the button stil available.

Steps to reproduce

Start creating offer, navigate to Market tab, go back to same area where create offer button was clicked.
This also happened on a fresh data directory with a brand new payment account just created.

Expected behaviour

Getting back to previous tab, offer creation form is back in focus

Actual behaviour

Offerbook is shown, and create offer button is disabled

This can probably be considered low priority, as following good practices like either completing the offer making in the screen, or rather pressing Cancel, instead of navigating away, the issue is mitigated.
