For the sentence: ". The NaCl concentration range for growth is 17 µM to 800 mM; the NaCl optimum concentration is 50 to 200 mM"
MicroPIE is extracting 800 mm,17 mm,50-200 mm for the NaCl max, NaCl min, and NaCl opt.
It should be extracting 800 mM,17 µM,50-200 mM for the NaCl max, NaCl min, and NaCl opt.
Note that it is important that MicroPIE retain units in a case sensitive manner. mm is millimeters (a length) whereas mM is millimolar (a concentration value). Also note that µM (micromolar) is not mm (or mM).
Right now it appears that MicroPIE is improperly classifying sentences that contain mm values as sentences containing salinity data (I've noted that in another Issue Tracker). If case sensitivity is implemented in sentence classification this problem should go away.
