I'm seeing examples of output such as:
uridine 5
uridine
uridine 5'
(these should most likely be uridine 5'-monophosphate).
thymidine
thymidine 5
(should most likely be thymidine 5'-monophosphate)
adenosine
adenosine 5
(should most likely be adenosine 5'-monophosphate)
It could be that some of these are due to pdf-to-text conversions, and I have been trying to clean these up in the input Word file. If not, it could be incomplete extraction after the prime (') character.
