This PR implements version 3 of the extension.

Features

Workspace folders

  • Support single-file contexts
  • Support 1-N workspace folders

Automatic reloading

  • Reload LSP sessions when configuration changes
  • Reload LSP sessions when Biome is updated

Activation strategy

  • Introduce biome.enabled option
  • Introduce biome.requireConfigurationFile

Status tracking

  • Show status of the current context in the status bar

Finder

  • npm
  • pnpm
  • bun
  • yarn
  • yarn pnp

Settings

  • Implement migration workflow for existing settings
