Hi, thanks for writing.

It looks like Boost is not installed on your system which is required by BayesTyper (https://github.com/bioinformatics-centre/BayesTyper/wiki/Building-BayesTyper-from-source). Are you on a Linux machine? If so you can also use the static binary which you can find under releases.
