Hi,

When I check my results from the 'genotype' function. There are many "*" symbols in the ALT column. I want to know why it is present here, and if it is biologically meaningful?

Looking forward to your reply!
Best regards!

Example of my question:

chr1 42842 . T TT,*
chr1 42969 . A AA,*
