How would you prefer we do this? I can't see a way to edit the wiki or submit a pull request to the wiki.

@asbjornb Well, I had set-up the wiki so that only "collaborators" can edit it. This was in an attempt to prevent people from editing it without discussing it first. Maybe I'll just move the wiki into the repo itself.

Also, thanks so much for helping out. I really appreciate it.

I'm not sure if that is doable - I don't know github well yet. But if it is that would be ideal. Being able to issue pull requests to the wiki that you could then merge if they make sense would be an easy and sensible process.

Have a look at the wiki2site branch. I'm playing around with making the website itself consist of just the wiki.

Sorry for the late answer. I think that model looks great. Just need to link the new wiki from the project readme.md before merging imo.

I added some stuff to the wiki on my fork. Will try to add documentation for this issue and add link to readme.md as well before submitting a pull request. Maybe we should start a discussion regardomg the direction, format etc of the wiki.
