Description

In my case, with a ~415 MB BNDB, it takes ~25 minutes to open the force push dialog.

I wonder if anything can be done to optimize this. 馃

Steps to reproduce the bug

Open the force push dialog on any large (300+ MB) BNDB.

Environment

Binary Ninja 3.5.4315-dev Personal (8ff26e7e)

Likewise, Select All in either tab takes a very long time.
