[CODE] Fix "Relevant Cases" to match "Articles" #131

This is a great issue for a beginner.

Essentially, we need a new template for "Relevant Cases" to match the "Articles" view. You can find these files under client > template > sections.

(On a related note, the templates need to be cleaned up using best practices for folder structure. I may have overridden a previous change by accident; if you have a moment to clean the template folders, please feel free.)
