Big fan of the library! I noticed that some changes were pushed recently around support for weighted edges on NetworkX along with stronger gravity support. I was wondering if it would be possible to push a new version to PyPI so that it can be PIP installed, if it's not too much trouble. I'm trying to deploy this as part of a Dockerfile, so a PIP install option would make things easier.

@bhargavchippada let me know if there's anything I can do to help out with getting the new PIP package up :).

Any chance this could be done soon? I can't get locally built sources to work with cython and I need weighted edges :-(
