The bug
The GeoMap does not display value tooltips

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a GeoMap
Move your mouse over any country with a value
Notice no tooltip with the value is displayed

Expected behavior
A tooltip with the country's value should display.

Desktop

OS: Windows 11
WPF .Net 7
