MAUI: Tooltips do not clear unless moving the cursor outside of the chart #1492

Current Behavior
The tooltips on chart shows when hovering over an item, but do net get removed when hovering on an empty area of the chart. Tooltips are removed when moving the cursor outside of the chart area.

Expected Behavior
Tooltips should not be shown after moving the cursor to an empty area of the chart.
